Meet Waldo

I am currently in a foster home and not at HSNBA, if you are interested in meeting me, please contact the nice folks at HSNBA so they can put you in contact with my foster family to set up a meet & greet. E-mail HSNBA at adoption@hsnba.org, call us at: (830) 629-5287 or stop by and speak with the folks at HSNBA at 3353 Morningside Dr. to get your information sent over to my foster home. My foster family is the best and can give you more information on me.

Here is what my wonderful foster family says about me:

‘Meet Waldo! He’s about 8 months old and the sweetest puppy you’ll ever meet.
Waldo adores animals of all kinds; our other pets include dogs, cats, and even rats of all ages and sizes. Waldo loves playing with our dog and kitten but is respectful of our other cat who doesn't want to join in the fun AND he's great with kids!! His favorite toys are sticks and stuffed dog toys and when he's done playing, you can usually find him curled up on his favorite dog bed Because he's young, Waldo still needs some guidance and training so he's hoping to find a buddy or family who will help him continue to learn his manners. He's smart, housebroken, and quiet (hardly ever barks!!), but has tendencies to dig and chew when he gets bored so, like most puppies, we would suggest that he be crated when he's home alone. Luckily, he's a sweet, smart pup who responds extremely well with redirection and minor verbal correction because he just wants his people to be happy :)
When Waldo first came to us, he was terrified of little things such as leashes and going through doorways but after a bit of work and a lot of love, he is now fantastic on a leash and practically fearless. We’ve taken him out in public in places where there are other dogs and people (adoption events and petsmart) and he’s been completely fine. Waldo such a loving, playful boy and we can’t wait for him to find his forever family!’
