I am currently in a foster home and not at HSNBA, if you are interested in meeting me, please contact the nice folks at HSNBA so they can put you in contact with my foster family to set up a meet & greet. E-mail HSNBA at adoption@hsnba.org, call us at: (830) 629-5287 or stop by and speak with the folks at HSNBA at 3353 Morningside Dr. to get your information sent over to my foster home. My foster family is the best and can give you more information on me.
I have tested heartworm positive. This means I have a parasite and need treatment. While my friends at HSNBA desperately want to help me, the shelter is too stressful an environment to undertake treatment and treatment itself is very expensive. The shelter has a few options to help with treatment, and if I steal your heart you should talk with them and your vet about what my treatment is like. Bailey might start off a little shy, but don’t let that fool you—this terrier mix is full of love once he feels comfortable! This super sweet guy is always excited to see his favorite people, wiggling with joy whenever someone walks by his kennel. During his meet-and-greet with another dog, Bailey’s tail was wagging, and he was totally relaxed, proving he’s not just good with humans but great with other pups too!
Bailey is heartworm-positive, but don’t worry—it’s treatable! He’s currently undergoing treatment and will need a little extra TLC as he recovers. With some rest and care, Bailey will soon be back to full health, ready to enjoy all the fun and playtime he deserves. HSNBA can provide you with more information about his treatment plan and how to help him on his journey to recovery.
Bailey is looking for a home where he can feel safe and loved. With just a little patience, he’ll be your loyal companion, always ready for playtime, snuggles, and lots of fun.
