Project: School Outreach

Are you a local school teacher, board member, or part of the PTA? We would love to get in touch with someone about scheduling a meet and greet between your classroom and one of our shelter outreach coordinators! What better place to start with educating on animal welfare than with elementary school students and older. Your classroom will put together a list of questions to ask our outreach coordinator, and we will educate kids on how the shelter system works and the importance of animal welfare. We will also bring our own shelter animal as a furry advocate!
